Responsibilities :
- Provide technical service and support to all Acer products including peripherals, devices, desktops, notebooks & servers
- Manage technical issues such as product evaluation, testing and product training
- Troubleshoot technical problems/escalations to obtain solution
- Interface with customers to resolve technical-related issues, close service gaps and maintain high quality service levels
Requirements :
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates that provide technical support on Microsoft Operating Systems and Local Area Network will also be considered
- Good communication skills and teamwork are essential
