The Altos™ G330 is an entry-level server built to maximize your business' potential. A Dual-Core Intel® Xeon® Processor 3000 sequence processor or Intel® Pentium® D dual-core processor with EM64T support delivers enhanced performance, reduced power use, and more efficient multitask processing, while compatibility with the upcoming Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® Processor 3200 series processors1 enables you to upgrade as needed, future-proofing your investment. Intel® Virtualization Technology allows you to run multiple operating system environments on a single system, making the Altos™ G330 the ideal replacement for multiple PCs or servers used for a variety of different applications.
Up to 8 GB of DDR II 667 Unbuffered ECC memory permits rapid execution of major SMB applications with enhanced system memory data accuracy, while integrated Gigabit Ethernet bestows a huge data pipe for Internet or intranet use.
Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® heat-reduction technology scales back processor frequency in response to your needs, thus minimizing power consumption and reducing operating costs.

Quick Service
The flexibility of the Altos™ G330 is bolstered by a choice of up to four internal SATA or SAS easy-swap/hot-swap hard drives — for as much as 3 TB of storage — while the optional SATA and SAS backplane enables hot-swap HDD serviceability, allowing you to replace or upgrade HDDs on-the-fly without having to shut down the server. Furthermore, integrated SATA software RAID 0, 1, 10 and 5* support addresses crucial security issues, ensuring that data can be recovered in the event of HDD failure or data corruption.
A combination of PCI Express® X8 slots and PCI slots gives you ample multipurpose expandability and compatibility with legacy PCI cards.
A tool-less chassis design promises outstanding access and manageability via a lockable front bezel and easy side panel access to the HDD cage, expansion slots and more. Effective heat dissipation comes courtesy of an innovative air-duct design, affording vital system reliability at any processor load.
